We offer a performance-based pricing model where the defendants/respondents bear all of our expense. Ultimately, contractual authority will be required to accept our Free Trial Grant and eventually Go Live. We offer these immersive stages:

For this stage, there is not any financial commitment by you, whatsoever.

Test.

Testing allows you to exercise features and functionality within a simple, pre-configured environment. The goal is to allow you to traverse throughout our technology without any risk whatsoever. Live notifications are restricted. Without jurisdictional approval, this hobbling will not permit notifications from accidentally escaping for receipt by actual defendants and/or respondents. To test:

  1. Contact us to request access to your Test environment.
  2. Allow us to briefly shadow you for a one-on-one introduction and self-paced training.
  3. Exercise our features and functionality.
  4. What's next? Free Trial.

For this stage, there is not any financial commitment by you, whatsoever.

Free Trial.

Our trials are actually grants that provide you with a real-world opportunity to realize anticipated financial and/or judicial value -- at no expense to you or the defendants/respondents. Grants are typically limited to no more than six (6) months in duration with all features and functionality active. Your workflow and notifications (calls, e-mails, sends, and/or texts) are tuned to align with your local policies and procedures. For your Free Trial Grant:

  1. Contact us to request your Free Trial
  2. Our staff will request notification content and configuration information.
  3. Try it.
  4. What's next? Go Live.

For this stage, there is not any financial commitment by you, whatsoever. However, contractual authority is required for grant acceptance. This is important and necessary because minimal effort and resources may be required by both parties and the general public unknowingly becomes an active participant.

Go Live.

Typically, during the Free Trial grant period, customers quickly recognize the long-term value of our offering and desire to go under contract (minimum, if any budgetary impact) ASAP to reap additional benefits including, but not limited to: infinite reporting, local and third-party system interfaces/integration (imports and exports), etc. To Go Live:

  1. Obtain contractual authority to transform the Free Trial Grant into an executed Go Live Contract.
  2. Contact us for any custom reports, imports and/or exports.
  3. That's it.
