Collections Manager Considerations

You are the center of the i-Plow universe. Of course we seriously care about the opinions and rules of everyone involved in the decision making process, but we are doing all of this to improve your workday. Since we have been working closely with collections managers for over 20 years, we are very familiar with the problems you face. The next step in the evaluation process is for us to reveal to you the actual User Guide, which describes every feature of Government Collections & Compliance. Of course you will expect to see

  • features associated with capturing defendant, case, and assessment information,
  • features to establish payment plans, and
  • features to produce notifications when defendants fail to comply.

When we first started this project, we thought that was all there was to it. That is exactly what we created. Over the years, however, the requested for more features have never stopped. Turns out collections managers need a lot. Because of that, we have been producing Special Features continuously. We're working on more today. In the User Guide, this list is actually a list of links to detailed information about each of these topics. For now, we just wanted to make sure that you are aware we address a huge number of issues that we suspect you are dealing with daily.
